The terms for listing and getting paid on CERMO.
You list on CERMO as an independent vendor, not as an employee or agent of Intuzen « entity registration in progress ». You are solely responsible for the services you provide, your tax obligations, and any licences or insurance your work requires.
To receive payouts you must complete verification — at minimum a government ID (PAN) and a profile photo; registered businesses also provide GST/business documents. You confirm the documents are genuine and belong to you. We may suspend payouts or listings if verification is incomplete or fails.
CERMO charges a commission of 5% on the vendor price of each completed booking. The commission and any applicable taxes are disclosed in your dashboard before you accept. We may revise commission with prior notice.
The customer advance (less commission and applicable taxes) is settled to your verified bank account/UPI. Your bank details are encrypted at restand used only for payouts. Payout timing depends on booking completion and our payment partner's settlement cycle. You are responsible for your own GST/income-tax filings on amounts you receive.
Soliciting customers to transact off-platform (sharing phone/email/links to avoid CERMO before booking) is a material breach. It removes refund protection and dispute support for customers and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts.
Customer refunds follow the published Refund Policy. If you cancel or fail to deliver, the customer receives a full advance refund and your commission/payout for that booking is reversed. Repeated vendor cancellations may affect your ranking or listing.
We may suspend or remove listings for breach, fraud, repeated verified complaints, or legal requirement. You may stop listing at any time; obligations for in-progress bookings survive until completed or refunded.
